The assignment was to design three book covers for a book serie chosen from a list of Swedish authors.
My choice was three nature books from the collection, Nature essays by Harry Martinsson written in the late 1930s. Nature was present in almost everything he wrote. Through deeper research into Martinsson's authorship, his interest in birds emerged. He was described as an enthusiastic bird observer and had deep knowledge of birds and their behaviors.
